Solution
Hey ranganitesh. Go ahead and try Brighttail's solution, it just might work. But if it doesn't I'd recommend that you connect the drive to another computer, download DLG (Data Lifeguard Diagnostic software) and run the tests to see if the HDD is still OK. This way you'll be able to isolate the problem. If the drive turns out to be healthy, the problem probably lies in corrupted system files or a partition.
Here's a link for DLG: http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=810

Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

I wouldn't say it is gone forever but you, as you said, might have corrurrupted some files. So can you boot in to Safe mode using the old F8 method? If so you can try a system restore. If you cannot, you can insert your windows DVD and load it up and do a system repair to see if it will repair those files. You may have to restart and repair a couple times.

Ok i did a full test yesterday night. It took 1.5 hours and returned with test fail. It displayed that there are some bad sectors. And asked to repair but i didn't do it, i think i should confirm first.
Although in detail under my hdd it displays
Health: good
Do i need to worry about it.

When it repairs bad sectors it will attempt to move data off them and mark the not to be written on again. It is a good idea to try to repair these things but of course there is no guarantee that others won't go bad or the problem won't get worse in the future.

I'm sorry to have to say it, but things don't look good. Brighttail explained how things work when bad sectors are detected, but I'm afraid even with the relocation, the drive is going to fail at some point completely. When bad sectors start to occur, they will inevitably increase with time until your drive fails permanently. Unfortunately, it is unpredictable when this is going to happen - it could be in a few months, weeks or even days. I'd recommend that you backup any important data that you might have on that drive. If the HDD is still under warranty get in touch with our customer support to see if you can RMA: http://support.wdc.com/contact/index.asp?wdc_lang=en

Even if the drive's not under warranty I'd still suggest that you get a new HDD and if you decide to keep using the one that you already have until it completely fails, remember not to write anything on it that is important and you can't afford to lose.
