DOWNLOAD Mbps is this speed good?? i checked on speedtest.net can those sites lie to me?? i dont feel this speed browser looks to load pages same speed as on wifi

Split between how many people/devices?

If for a single person, it is fine.
If you're wanting to have 20 people and 30 devices...no one is going to be happy.

Speedtest gives u a single measurement, you really want to test SUSTAINED speed, download something big from somewhere reliable and pull out the stopwatch then do simple arithmetic. Also learn how to use PING to measure latency.
