As you see, i cant boot my pc when the 4PIN is attached, tried with diffrent psu, same, not the PSU fault, all i want to know is it fixable or the MOBO is Dead?

Have you tried different cpu? or try seeing if it does the same thing without the cpu while the 4pin attached?
