[SOLVED] Is my motherboard bricked?

Hello all,
I apologise in advance for any lack of information as I’m pretty bad with all this stuff.
A few months ago my younger brother hit the restart button on my computer and since then I’ve had no output to my monitor or any USB devices. I have asked around and it is suspected that it is a motherboard problem but please correct me if I’m wrong.
I’m running a old system on a:
Motherboard: MSI 990FXA-GD65
Processer: AMD FX8320 Black Edition
Graphics Card: XFX AMD Raedon R9 270X
If I have missed anything by out I’ll ‘try’ and give you the information.

You may need to clear the CMOS. Unplug your computer and remove the motherboards coin battery for at least 30 seconds.

I did as the above and it did get my USB ports back up and running just leaving me now with no output to a monitor, I have tried using both HDMI and DVI cables with no luck

Never mind moved my ram back into it original position as I Completely forgot I moved it a few months ago when troubleshooting and now it’s working perfect. Cheers for the help saved me a couple of ££
