Is my motherboard compatible with this case?

I have an HP Pavilion 550-150qe with a Memphis 2-s motherboard and I'm wondering if the motherboard will work with a NZXT Source 530 case.

(I don't have the owners manual anymore)

Also, I've upgraded the power supply to a Corsair CX650m semi modular and the graphics card to an EVGA GTX 1060 SC 3gb.

Yes your Mobo is compatible (Mobo is MicroATX and the case supports that)
