Is my motherboard done? (H97M PRO4 Micro ATX)

Hello,

So PC just broke down the other day.

The problems I am seeing are:
-no video output to monitor
-tower off-button and reset are not working (but it will turn it on)
-back fan does not turn on
-no power to keyboard

The power supply turns on, the processor fan turns on, and the video card turns on. I have tried unplugging/re-plugging, tried resetting mobo, tried taking out and putting in mobo battery. My PC has worked since I built it in late 2015.

I think it is the motherboard because so many unrelated systems are not working. Let me know what you think, thanks!

Here's full build:

650w is plenty for that system. Never bother with those power supply suggestions from the manufacturers because they always work under the assumption the user has a garbage quality PSU. He has a 650w EVGA G2, its way more than enough for that GPU.

@brendan_noons - At this point you're in a bit of a spot with it, Maybe try starting from scratch, disconnect...

Yes, it is under the suggested power requirements, but the power supply does still turn on and power other systems. The PC also crapped out when it was not under any use. the 650w psu should be enough for the 375w gpu.

This might be the issue, but unless I'm missing something, typically when the psu goes out nothing would power on, right?

@brendan_noons - At this point you're in a bit of a spot with it, Maybe try starting from scratch, disconnect EVERYTHING except the CPU and cooler, and 1 stick of ram. Connect to the onboard video and see if you can boot and get to the BIOS. If that works start adding parts back in, both sticks of ram, hard drive, see if it boots to windows, then the GPU. If your system doesn't boot with everything set so minimally, its highly likely the motherboard did fail.
