[SOLVED] Is my Motherboard faulty?

I had recently custom build a pc, i am having some issue with it, at first i cant restart it since it wont show the bios splash screen and wont boot! i tried to clear the Cmos but then now i have to turn it on, forcibly shutting off the system trough the PSU Switch and then turn it back on, then it will show the Bios splash screen and also Boot into windows.

PC specs :
Ryzen 5 2600
Gigabyte B450m Ds3h V2
Kingston A2000 (Boot drive)
RX 570
8GB RAM
450 watt psu

Is this a faulty motherboard? or Graphics card issue? or something else
Note : I did tried to replace the BIOS battery

I Updated the bios of the motherboard and the problem is gone now!
