Is my motherboard lined up with the IO Shield properly?

Recently built my PC and now that i realise it, some of the ports don't go through the IO Shield all the way, and when i was installing the motherboard a screw hole on the top wasn't aligned with the standoff the tiniest bit, and took a bit more force to screw in.

Better quality picture would help, but it looks just fine too me. Top left screw always needs some extra 'push' to properly align it, that's normal.
