Is my PC a Medium end?

CPU: AMD FX 8350
GPU: GTX 1060 6 GB
RAM: 8 GB
Motherboard: MSI 760GM-P23 (FX)

Just curious on how my PC is and what I could upgrade in the future.

The real question is, are you getting the framerates you expect at the graphics quality you desire? If not, what is below expectations or what are you trying to accomplish?

It's lower mid end.

To upgrade it you'll need a new cpu, which requires a new motherboard, which requires new ram.

So until you're willing to basically rebuild the whole thing stick with what you have

I get a pretty good frame rate yeah, most games run pretty smoothly on medium graphics, some can be high too.

GTA 5 runs alright but had to turn the settings down as it can run pretty poorly at times, not sure if that because of my PC or the game's optimization. Even with nothing running in the background.

You'll have to at some point but if it's still enjoyable for you then there's no rush. I've got a similar era build myself that I use as my daily driver. You've got a better gpu tho
