I need help finalising my VR build:
My budget is around £800-£1000 (1100$-1400$) and I need help to finalise my build. This is also my first PC build. I am a NVidia and Intel fan so those makes would be best. I intend to use it for VR and heavy gaming.

Here are my specs so far:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor (£160.99 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: Asus H170 PRO GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (£109.37 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory (£33.05 @ Ebuyer)
Storage: Sandisk SSD PLUS 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£30.00 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£37.98 @ Novatech)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX Video Card (£275.99 @ Amazon UK)
Case: NZXT S340 (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case (£59.99)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£49.99 @ Amazon UK)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM (64-bit) (£75.99 @ Ebuyer)
Wireless Network Adapter: TP-Link TL-WDN4800 802.11a/b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter (£24.99 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £858.34 (1219.79$)

Any help at all would be appreciated!

Just goes to show that by spending an extra 400 quid you can get the best Nvidea GPU and the best Intel CPU.

http://www.kinguin.net/category/19429/windows-10-professional-oem-key/ get your windows here
AMD's better for VR and DX12(and they age better), get a 390X instead of 970/980
