Question Is my PC configuration compatible with RX 580 2048SP ?

I know a RX 470 plays nice with that 1156 platform. Rx 580 just rebranded 400's

IF and only IF you already have the RX 580 try it. We have an i7 860 that when I pulled it from service it was playing Resident Evil 2 remastered with no hiccup's

If you can be on the look out for newer parts when you can.

There have been instances in which an RX 580 2048SP doesn't play nice with older motherboards that don't have a UEFI BIOS. I actually have an experience with that because I bought an RX 580 2048SP for my mother's HTPC (so that she could enjoy it with her new 4K OLED TV). She has a Gigabyte 990FX motherboard with an FX-8350 and the card refused to output a picture signal. However, when I installed it into a more modern motherboard (a Biostar A320MH to be exact), the card worked 100% of the time.

That's the only possible compatibility problem that I could foresee in your case.
