Question Is my PC dying?

Blowing out the dust and keeping your hardware clean should ALWAYS be considered a mandatory good practice, when done properly, but I really doubt that it is the cause of your problems unless it's running in an extremely dusty environment and causing something to overheat from an extreme abundance of packed in dust. For an 8 month old PC, pretty unlikely.

What are your full hardware specifications including the model of CPU, motherboard, graphics card and power supply, EXACT power supply model, as well as approximately how old each part is or more specifically, how long it has been in service?

I'm so sorry for the late reply as I am a college student, but the full hardware specifications are: AMD Ryzen 5 3500 Processor (6 Cores, 12 Threads, 3.6GHz Base Clock Speed up to 4.1GHz Max Boost Clock Speed), HP Erica: SSID 8643, GeForce GTX 1650 Super with 4GB GDDR6 dedicated graphic memory, 400 W Platinum efficiency power supply. I would guess that it's been in service for about a year.
