Is my PC or display lying to me?

As you can see in the images in the link below, my computer is telling me my display is using the aspect ratio 256:135, which is why I have the option to choose a resolution of 4096x2160. However, my displays specifications state that the display has a max resolution of 3840x2160 and an aspect ratio of 16:9. Which device is wrong, my computer or my display?

Your computer is saying that your TV accepts that input. It also gives the reccomended resolution (in other words, the native resolution of the device) as 3840x2160. There's nothing wrong with either your PC or your display.

Here's the problem: In the settings on my display, I have my aspect ratio set to 16:9. If the PC is showing the resolution of 4096x2160 and allows me to set it, then that means that my display is lying about its aspect ratio, correct? As for the second display, it does this without that being connected and the second display being connected will not affect the second displays options.
