I know that there are many threads and I’ve read a lot of them but I need to ask a question, that i can’t understand. So I have a FSP SAGA +450 p 500 w power supply https://imgur.com/gallery/df8OX2T .My question is, is this enough to power my pc? It has intel core i5 3570 CPU, GPU is msi nvidia gtx 760 twin frozr, 4 sticks of 2gb RAM (8gb total, I know i have to change that) 2 HDD’s with 7200 RPM, 3 fans. On the Power Supply Calculator it calculates that my Load Wattage is 405W and the recommended PCU wattage is 455. Is my power supply good enough for my set-up or do I have to change it?

You can't trust what's printed on the rating plate of FSP PSUs and other cheap ones like it.

You need to replace it with a quality brand 450w PSU from Corsair, Seasonic or Antec - - all trusted brands.
Don't go cheap on the PSU, it's one of the most important components of a PC.
