Question Is my Power Supply faulty or not ?

i Have a Corsair CV450 Power Supply and I'm starting to suspect my Power Supply is going bad.
My old GTS 450 GPU's resistor caught fire but the PC works fine without that GPU installed.
Next, my motherboard RAM slot stops working. I have 4 slots and 2 of them failed.
Now my exhaust fan stops spinning, it has 4-Pin connected to the Motherboard.

I bought a Digital Power Supply Tester and the results were fine, so what caused th GPU, RAM slot and exhaust fan to stop working?

I'm still using the same PSU and now have a GT 710 installed, all working.

Should I be worried?

check the elko capacitors of the motherboard, if blown or faulty

Sounds like a bad GTS450 or bad motherboard to me.

Does all the memory slots work with the GT710 installed?

What's the brand and model of the motherboard?
