Is my prosessor bottlenecking/overclocking my gtx?

My prosessor is Intel Core i5-7300HQ
And my graphics card is Gtx 1050.

So is my prosessor bottlenecking/overclocking my graphics card? And what does it mean?

Bottlenecking means that one component can't process enough data for other one to be fully utilized.
Overclocking means speeding up one component above it's default values.
