I bought a GTX 770 and while I wait for new drivers to come out since I read the new ones suck I thought I would ask if my PSU is ok for the card. This is my PSU:
http://www.xoxide.com/ultra-lifetime-750w-psu.html
I know it isn't the best PSU but it was what I could afford at the time. Also any power supplies you could recommend if it isn't enough? My price range is $100-$200. Also my case is a CM Storm Trooper so I need the cables to be long enough.

Solution
Ultra is a mixed bag, the Ultra X4 1200 gets a 6.5 rating, the 1000 watt X3 gets a 9.5 over on jonnyguru

As for wattage ... nVidia says

http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-770/specifications

Graphics Card Power (W) = 230
Minimum Recommended System Power (W) = 600W

For warranty purposes, I'd not go less than 600W for a single GPU and 850 for SLI (assumes overclocking)

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 770 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 770 2-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 750 Watt power supply unit as...

You don't need to spend $100-$200 to get a better PSU. In fact, significantly better PSUs are *less* expensive than the $79.95 that Ultra is listed at the link. Unless you're SLIing, you don't need 750 and can get a Seasonic-made XFX 550W for aroundd $62 at last check. If you do need 750 to SLI later, you wouldn't trust the Ultra anyway and can get a Corsair TX750 for $90, and either Rosewill Capstone (a good Rosewill, made by Super Flower) or the XFX 750 for $100.

As for your current question, you could very well be OK - a lot of pretty lousy PSU can stay within ATX specs when you treat them lightly relative to the promised specs, but you're gambling and it's not a recommendation I could put my name behind.

If you are going to overclock your GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina.

As a minimum .....

1st tier, in order of preference .... Corsair HX850, Seasonic X Series 850, XFX Pro or Black Editions, Corsair AX850
2nd Tier, in order of preference .... XFX Core Edition, other Seasonics, Antec HCP or HCG, NZXT Hale

PCP&C is now OCZ

Modular smodular :)

http://www.tomshardware.com/news/power-supplies-psu,8016.html

It's kinda silly to pay extra for a 100% modular PSU and then 100% of the time you must connect the 24 pin cable, you must connect the EPS cable, you must connect a SATA cable..... so why did you just pay extra for 3 extra connectors, introduce 3 potential failure points and in increase resistance and reduce efficiency ?

The hybrid modular design from most enthusiast PSU suppliers offers the best of both worlds w/ the absolutely necessary cables hard wired and all the rest modular.
