Is my PSU enough?

Ok i've read some topics that using a 500W PSU and a GTX 560 is very very enough, just to make sure that I dont pick the PSU that consumes a lot of power. So my specs are:

CPU : AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ (soon upgrading to Core 2 Quad 2.8 GHZ)
iGPU : Nvidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
GPU : Emtek GTX 560 (I dont know if it is palit)
Hard Drive : Seagate Barracuda 1TB
DvD Drive : neh its just small power
Motherboard : Nettle2 (Soon upgrading to G31)

So 500W is enough? Or I should go down to 400w?

Why would you go down to 400W?
The PSU is what gives power to the rest of your system, it doesn't consume it. I would go with at least a good quality 500W.
