Nvidia recommends that you have a 500W PSU for this card. But I'm not even sure if you should just because the efficiency of this PSU is probably crap to begin with.

Okay well I guess I will stick with my 1060 and just upgrade my i5 to an i7 thanks for the help

I wouldn't use that PSU for anything more than an entry level gaming GPU. For a GTX 1070 get a better PSU.
