Hi,
My specs are
i7-3770k
16GB ram
R9 280x oc wf3
750w seasonic ss-750js

I want to buy the same card, but I don't know if my psu is good enough.

Solution
That psu delivers 60A @12v equalling 720W
The card you mentioned draws up to 250W under load.
Meaning 2 cards could in theory draw 500W

Your CPU is rated for 77W, if you oc it lets say 120

Adding everything else, it should work at around 680W. Probably a bit less.

Given that the PSU is in good shape it's enough.
But it's hard to tell if it has somewhat degraded yet.
You probably won't run into troubles as long as you don't try to set a new OC record
