Is my PSU the cause of several crashes?

Hello everyone.

Can you help me find out, if my PSU is the cause of my PC crashing randomly with either bluescreens or just flat out shutdowns. It's been happening for over a YEAR now, and I'm finally going to do something about it, in fear of my computer being damaged.

My PSU is an Antec TP-650C 80+ Gold which i've only heard great things about, but im suspecting it might be the reason why my computer shuts down.

The shutdowns mostly happen when I'm playing a game or watching a movie.
My computer is pretty good, so it shouldn't be due to the PC not being able to "handle everything at the same time" - at least i don't think so :/

I would LOVE to hear you guys' advice and any help is greatly appreciated.

When you say it "shutsdown" does that mean windows initiates the shutdown process, does that mean it reboots on its own, or does that mean it just completely turns off?

If it turns completely off, can you turn it back on instantly or do you have to wait a while (which would be hinting that there is a cooling problem).

How do i see my temps at idle and load? Is that "Temperature 56 °C / 133 °F" ?

By shutdown i mean completely turns off. I can turn it back on instantly after.
The bluescreen thing happens more frequently than the complete shutdown though

Have you tried setting CPU back to factory clock?

Your PSU is a pretty good unit, but always possible you got a defective one.

How do i do that?
And yes that's what i've been thinking. I've got quite a lot of experience with defective computer components by now lol. The warranty from Antec is 5 years though, so hopefully they will just send me a new PSU or something - If that's the issue.
Couldn't it be other stuff? I'd hate to have to spend up to weeks before i can use my PC again 🙁

Oh yes i forgot to mention that it boots to my BIOS everytime the computer has crashed. And then i have to restart the computer after that to exit the bios.

When you say it boots to BIOS, do you mean that it shows your bios splash screen or you mean it brings up the bios configuration options pages?

It boots to the BIOS ez mode or whatever it is called
