Hello everyone, how's everyone doing?
So i have installed my Asus Tuf RTX 4090 OC yesterday and i wanted to know if i connected the power connector correctly, to me it seems proper but I think it is wise to seek what other people think specially the ones who are more experienced than me as i am not the good with hardware.
Below are the pics, On idle it is at 30C right now, I have played a demo of RE4 Remake with max settings including max ray tracing at 4k and the max temp was around 59-61C and i also rendered two of my scenes one with 3 characters (at 8k) and one with single character (at 4000x4000) and max temp was around 55C.

I would try to give it one last push. It is seated evenly, so catastrophic failure shouldn't happen at least. It does look like it could be pushed in a tiny bit further, though. It might just appear to be not quite completely in, though. It's hard to tell.

One last firm push couldn't hurt. But the first and third pictures tell me there's no significant gap. However the next issue is if when the side panel is up, how much does the cable bend if any? You need at least 1 inch of clearance between where the cable comes out of the connector and the side panel to be safe with regards to cable bend.

If you don't want to worry about this, CableMod is selling right angle adapters

I have a full tower case, Corsair Graphite 780t and I am using MSI MEG AI1300p PSU and it has its own 12+4 pin cable from both ends and after closing the case it still has space between itself and the cable so it is good on that front.
