Question Is my Ryzen 5 5600X faulty?

I've been havign troubles with the CPU underclocking seemingly at random, but after turning off the PROCHOT it started working fine, which makes me wonder if it was a faulty part of the cpu that was causing this or something.

What are your cpu temperatures when the underclocking happens? Are you using the latest BIOS version?
