Is my SETUP perfect??

I am making a cpu in tight budget. my rig consists of
FX8320
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
Kingston DDR3 8GB
120 GB SSD
1 TB HDD
....
I will be using it for video editing{Basic one}...thats why not taking a graphics card......is my selection okay....can my components handle each other....NO OVERCLOCKING...any suggestion is warmly invited....and thanks in advance

if your getting an amd cpu i highly reccomend overclocking and even a low end gpu will help with video editing but other than that its all good

Get a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P motherboard instead. Other than that, it's fine.

Change the board , there are no heatsinks on the VRM , A BAD SCENARIO for a 125w CPU.

If you're going to be editing video you might want a low end gpu added to your build. It will help quite a bit, especially if you're using a video editor with a hardware acceleration option. If you are going to be using something like Windows Live Movie Maker you should be fine, but anything a little more demanding will benefit from a gpu.

I use Powerdirector 14 and it really helps when I use a gpu compared to my Intel integrated.
