Is my system performing as it should?

Hello guys, A month ago I put together a completely new system and i'm not sure if it's performing as well as it should. Could anyone give me confirmation?

Specs:
i5 4670k @4.0 GHz
Asus GTX 780 DirectCU II OC
8 gb DDR3 RAM overclocked to 1600 MHz
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming motherboard
Corsair CS650M Power supply

Note that I overclocked using MSI OC genie.

I get 61,5 average fps on Unigine Valley on 1080p Extreme HD preset. I've tried to google other people's results but they vary so much I can't tell if my score is good or not

Also my GPU temps get really scary in Unigine Valley, around 78 Degrees

Any ideas?

I just ran it getting 65 fps 2700 score 76c so your in the ballpark whats your clock speed

I haven't done anything to my GPU clock and it boosts to 1228 MHz in Unigine I believe.

yeah its wrong run msi afterburner and it will show your real clock in the on screen display

that is a reasonable score, though don't always rely on PC benchmarks to determine your GPU performance, they are not always correct. Actual Gaming performance is the most accurate performance test your going to get.
