Is NO TAX from Good Online Store outside CA poss?

I want to save money on my next mobo/cpu/memory purchase by buying online from a good, reputable, cheap online story--with NO TAX. Can I do this while living in CA? Which stores?

I've had a good experience with thompsons computer warehouse(www.tcwo.com). Call them to confirm the item is in stock before you order though, because they are kinda slow at informing you of that. It took them two days to tell me my cpu wasn't in stock. When I recieved my items everything was packaged nicely and worked. Not as good as newegg but MUCH better than some of the other stores floating around pricewatch.
