Is NVIDIA GeForce 7025 good for high-end gaming?

Hello, i'm not able to play a game called blur in my pc. it requires 256 MB of graphic card, n i have 512 MB of graphic card in built. the game requires GeForce 6800, and i have NVIDIA GeForce 7025. and 1 tera byte of HDD. even then i'm not able to play the game. y is it so?
