[SOLVED] Is ryzen 3 2200u good enough?

Hi, i want to buy new laptop for my sister, and i need help choosing which cpu will do the job. She will use her laptop for photoshop and browsing web, nothing more. She usually left open like 10 tabs on chrome and photoshop. So my question is, is r3 2200u with 8gb ram and samsung ssd(480gb) good enough for her? Should i consider going for r5 2500u/3500u?
If u have time, u can take a look at what options i have( btw i will add my own 480gb ssd into any of this)

If gaming isn't the concern, it's just a little faster overall in the basic use and Photoshop over a 3500U which most of those have a 3200U.

With gaming as an option since Ryzen contents a better IGPU but a little slower in basic use.
