Is ryzen 7 1700 and gtx 1050 ti good for streaming???

I was wondering if a Ryzen 7 1700 with the GTX 1050 TI would be good enough for gaming and streaming at the same time for games like PUBG or rainbow 6 siege or games similar to that and I'll be adding 16 gigs of RAM as well

with the 8c/16t, streaming won't be a hassle for you

1050ti will be good enough although i wouldn't set the streaming quality too high with that GPU 😀

the 1600 is 100 cheaper and should allow you to upgrade your gpu to a 1060 and still have enough grunt to play pubg and stream.

Yes, that's an okay pairing but it's not balanced. I'd be interested to see your complete build. https://pcpartpicker.com/ is a good place for picking parts. When it's complete you click on [bb] and copy your list into a replay over here. The 1060 6GB is so much more expensive but such a better fit for streaming. I agree with the above advice to save on the CPU and use that money in a better GFX card.

Im using a 1700+gtx1080 both overclocked on water. I was able to play fullHD and stream fullHD in every game I tested in OBS with no frames dropped...even once... in any game i tested...

So I'd say yes.

Agreed. That's not a relevant comparison. Apples vs Kobe cote de boeuf. Drunk apples, vidalia onions and portabellas on top and a garden salad on the side? Yes please. With a thrice baked potato, steamed asparagus and cheesecake drizzled with raspberry sauce and sprinkled with chocolate curls and raspberries.
