My Spec Is
Ryzen 3 2200g
8GB Dual channel 2666mhz
2 Fan Case + 1 Wraith Stealth
And My PSU is Seasonic Eco 430w
And i want use RX 570 or 470... and maybe rx 5500xt

Solution
So that unit is only capable of supplying a MAXIMUM of 396w on the 12v rails.

I would not recommend using that power supply with any graphics card that requires anything more than slot power. No six pin. No eight pin. While it CAN support it, you are dangerously toeing the line and I highly recommend against it.

This is not some Seasonic G or Focus Plus or Prime unit. It is a budget Seasonic model. And it's an older platform.
No, it's not. First of all, that PSU is not one of Seasonic's best units and it's an old platform, which means that's an old power supply that's likely been running for years now, probably more than ten years. The RX 570 calls for a high quality, reliable 500w or higher unit, and that power supply is none of those things, even likely when it was new.

I think you are looking at bringing problems on yourself if you try and use that PSU with that graphics card. In fact, given it's age, even if you were not adding a graphics card to the mix it would be a very good idea to replace that power supply anyhow before it gives up the ghost.

can i use gtx 1650 super ?

Do you have any idea HOW long this unit has been in service or when it was originally purchased, new?

Can you take a picture of the label on the side of the power supply, upload it to an image hosting service like imgur.com and then post it here?

Ok. If this 430w Seasonic is, in reality, only two years old, then it would be fine to use with the 1650 Super. Probably it might be ok with the RX 570 but I'd feel a lot better about it with the 1650 Super than I would with the RX 570.
I want use rx 570 on this psu like 5 month or a year and then change my psu

Open your case OR look at the box that your PSU came in. Find the EXACT model number of your unit. It will either be on one of the sides of the power supply or on the box. If you ordered it through an online retailer you should be able to log into your account and find the exact model of the unit you ordered that way as well. There are a few different versions and generations of Seasonic 430w PSU so establishing exactly which one this actually is would be a good idea before going any further.
