is SimCity 5 (2013) a more CPU intensive game?

at the moment im running a Athlon 640 but planning to get a Bulldoser FX 6100 soon oh and i know my card is dated but its a 6670 gddr5

you should be fine on both the CPU and GPU end. Sim City is pretty scalable.
