Hello,
I am looking to get a new computer case, my current one is around 8 years old, and many of the new ones on the market have tempered glass side panels. I currently live with my parents, but they are divorced, thus I move between each of their houses roughly every three weeks and bring my computer with me every time. I was wondering if I should either get a case with an acrylic side panel instead of a tempered glass side panel, and if so what are some good options for a mid tower with acrylic, or simply go with an older style with no side window. I have only ever owned one case so I really don't know much about cases for computers.
And if I get a tempered glass case is there a recommended way to bring it with me or would it be fine just staying attached to the computer?

Solution
You should be fine if you wrap it in a bunch of pillow cases or blankets (thick ones), and move it with care. Sit it flat on the floor under a seat or on the floor between the front seats and the back seats.
