Is that okay using computer without UPS and AVR?

You do not need UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) or AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation). Most people don't use it so unless you always have power cuts, it is really not necessary. The only time it matters is probably when Windows updates, you do not want it to turn off. Save files are usually autosaved in temporary files.
