Question Is the Alienware AW2724DM a good display ?

Mostly for replacing my old AOC AG271QG, it has white spots issues... I need it to be 27" QHD (don't like 4k) IPS with G/Free Sync, not very good at telling whats with HDR400/600/10, what do you folks think of:

There's also the up-to 280hz refresh rate model but i'm not sure if it's the only difference, the price diff is kinda steep:

Specs;
10700k @ 5.1ghz on all cores with 1.325v. I hate odd numbers but 5.2 was too hot for my liking...
Some corsair vengeance pro DDR4 2x16 3600mhz running with CL16, but should be C18 lol...
Mobo is a MSI Z490 Gaming Plus, cool dragon drawing on it! lacks USB ports :c
1tb samsung 850 pro SSD, samsung cant make air conditioners, but their SSD are the bomb!
Zotac RTX 3080 trinity OC, the one with the flashy RGB for more FPS!
Cosair RM-something 750W PSU,

That was very interesting, it seems that at first glance the difference is mainly the refresh rate, 180 vs a 280, i must say the DF is going almost twice the price for me... geez...
