Question Is the AMD driver the issue ?

Amd driver crashed mid game and turned my monitor off...and now the pc gets power but the monitor wont turn on. It has happened before but randomly the monitor turns on and most of the time it doesn't.

Rx 6600
Cv 650w
Tforce 8×2
Acer 1tb ssd

I would check the GPU works in another PC.
