Question Is the AMD E1 6010 ideal for Linux?

Hello to everyone

I have a Lenovo g5045 notebook. Yesterday I installed Windows 8.1 64-bit “Service Host: Local System 40 using 40% CPU. Other than that, there was no problem. I installed Windows 7 Home Basic. But I accidentally installed 32-bit. Performance was lower than Windows 8.1. Especially in Firefox browser.

Is Lubuntu ideal for the AMD E1 6010 processor? Or do I need to install a more lightweight Linux.

I need to open at least 4-5 tabs and use LibreOffice Writer. I don't want to use Chrome. Firefox is more convenient about RAM usage.

I just want to write articles on LibreOffice Writer and surf the Internet. Especially the browser prevents me a lot. CPU sees 100% when 5 - 6 tabs open. However, the CPU drops when the Web sites completely load. But 8 firefox.exe services is not nice at all.

You're offering me a Lubuntu on this?
