Is the Asus Radeon R9 390 Strix non-x a good card?

I've been looking at this card and seeing it looks pretty good. anyone give any opinions on it? Anyone here who's got it?

I have one crammed into a Corsair 250D on my new daily driver. <1 week since OS install. Being a mITX case temps are a bit warmer, and the card isn't cool enough in my setup for 0db operation but during normal operations can barely tells that the fans are spinning. Skyrim at highest settings with with many mods pushes the fans above ambient noise, but again not much. World of Warships is very noticeable.

My panel is a XG270HU WQHD monitor w/ FreeSync active. Haven't cared about framerate because nothing is noticeably wrong with the gameplay.

It is a very solid card, I personally would purchase the Sapphire Nitro card (as sapphire is the name to beat in terms of AMD, great cooling, support, and quality)
That being said, ASUS and MSI are very solid options.
