[SOLVED] Is the gpu compatible with my pc?

I am considering to buy AMD RADEON RX 570 8gb for my dell optiplex5040 and replace my intel(r) hd graphics 530 with it. Would it fit and function just fine, or would it be not compatible with my pc?

I think it would be fine as long as you have enough power to power the system with your gpu

its got a 240 watt garbage PSU you are never going to be able fit that GPU just my thoughts.

A 240W PSU woundn't be able to power a rx570 8gb, I don't think it would even have the right pci-e cables if any as i believe it requires an 8-pin (6+2 pin)
If you where to upgrade the psu to say a 500+ PSU then you should be fine
be sure to put it in the right pci-e x16 slot
