Is the gtx 1060 3b compaitble with this pc?

Solution
The PSU should either come with a PCIe 6 pin GPU cable or you don't have one. It can't be added to the OEM PSU. The link you gave just said Inspiron Desktop, no specific model#. It may or may not have the cable. You could open it up and look for it. if you PSU is labeled 305W or less it probably won't have it. If it's 350 or more then it probably does. The 3 power wires could be white.yellow, or on the bigger PSUs blue. Most likely it doesn't have it.
The motherboard slot provides the 75W the GTX 1050Ti requires.
The GTX1060 needs 120W. It gets the extra power from the PCIe cable. The 6 pin cable provides an extra 75W.

wait im relatively a noob at this, so it is compatible i just need to buy a PCIe cable?
