I should tell it to you straight... the gt 440 will be able to play fifa 14 at bare minimum, however your other computer specs will not be able to properly load the game. hence my answer a hesitated "yes".

i won't go into further details as to why, if someone else will comment here and say things differently, then its up to you.

call of duty 4,watchdogs plays well on mine(gt440 2gb inno3d).fifa 13 on hdmi works extremely good as well. i have connected my led to my graphics using hdmi.
