Is the MSI h77ma-g43 compatible with i5 4690k?

Hi I'm upgrading CPU's and i wanted to know if the MSI H77MA-G43 is compatible with the intel core i5 4690k? Thanks.

so the cpu will work but i cant overclock? thats weird because my board has oc genie and the ability to control the multiplier.

No, it is not compatible with your motherboard. If you want to use an i5 4690k you need to buy a Z97 motherboard to use it and overclock on it.
