Is the Radeon r7 250x good for New Games at least medium,low settings.

Hey guys . Is a Radeon r7 250x good for new games like Star Wars Battlefront,Bf4,Bo2,Bo3,Gta V etc.

And can r7 250x beat gtx 750 Ti gpu in grapphics

Also the last, what cpu do you guys recommand for this gpu and how many Watt can this Gpu use.
