Is the Samsung Serie 860 EVO 1 To SSD compatible with the MSI B75A-G41 motherboard?

I checked the following website: http://www.pc-specs.com/mobo/MSI/MSI_B75A-G41/2323/Compatible_Storage

However, the Samsung 860 is not listed which doesn't make sense to me. I'm hoping the website is not up to date with the latest releases.

Could someone confirm that this SSD drive is compatible with my motherboard?

Yes. Your Motherboard supports SATA II (3GB/s) and will work with the 860 EVO. SATA 1 & 2 are backwards compatible with any III device...

It is compatible.
There are several variations of Samsung 860 EVO - 2.5" and M.2.
For M.2 model you'll need M.2 to 2.5" sata adapter.
