Question Is the water pump failing or some component on the motherboard making this crackling noise?

Hopefully its just the pump and not something cooking off on the motherboard. Just started a day ago, system has been up and running for 15 months w/o any issues till now. Let me know if I need to take more videos or do some other tests before just swapping the cooler out?

Rad on the front? With tubes up?

Since sounds like air bubbles trapped in the pump.
Try tilting the PC case back and forth with pump running.

If this doesn't help, then it could be pump bearing as well. Only fix is replacement. And for 2nd time around, i'd go with air cooler, instead of AIO.
Btw, i don't like AIOs for several reasons. If you like to know why, i can post it with my next reply.
