I am planning to built a pc with gtx 1660 ti, amd ryzen 5 2600x, 2x16 gb ram @3000mhz, 2tb hdd and 120gb ssd. Should i buy the Zalman ZM600-GVM as a psu?

No, that psu seems to be low quality. I would look for a better 80+ bronze certified psu.
What is your budget?

Ps, id suggest a 240gb ssd for windows.
My budget is around 850€, everything else costs around 800€, i have also found Corsair CX Series CX450M for the same price, but it is only 450w and the recommended for my build was 400w. Would it be ok? It is my first build btw, i have no idea about power consumption. (I found the 120 gb ssd for just 20€ and i think that 120 gb can fit only windows 10 64bit, right?)

The CX450m is pretty good quality and 450 watts is enough for your system. 450w is minimum for a 1660ti. If you plan on upgrading your gpu later, a higher wattage model, like a cx550, may be needed.

As for ssd, yes Windows 10 x64 will fit onto 120gb, however every time you install a program, even onto a different drive, some files get put onto your windows drive. I know firsthand that 120gb fills quickly.

You can use a 120gb ok, however 240gb ssds double your space and only cost a fraction more.
