Question Is there a BIOS that would allow the SuperMicro x10SEA-0 to work with the i7-5775c CPU?

Hello, I'm thinking of purchasing a never used, X10SEA-0 that has 32DB RAM and an E3-1230 cpu for $50 to make my first server/nas.

Do you know if there's a bios update for the x10sea that would allow it to work with the i7-5775c?

Second question: im also looking at potentially an R730xd or a Precision R7910 or something equivalent to install 2-4 P40's or graphcore IPU's for a local AI, or possibly x99 aliexpress motherboard and ram combo.

Considering all of this, is the $50 bundle a good deal? Or
