Is there a GPU that can handle 4 monitors that requires no PCIE power?

I'm looking for a gpu (no need to be powerful, the most these monitors will see is a video) that requires no extra power cables, suggestions?

Asus GT640-2GD3 will run DVI - DVI - HDMI - VGA
several GT610 cards with dual DMS59 outputs will drive quad DVI since each DMS59 splits into a pair of DVI
a few Quadro cards use quad DisplayPort or dual DMS59 outputs as well


i personally own two GT640-2GD3 and two different GT610 w/ DMS59
