How do you know the pc uses 720watt?

What kind of psu are you using? =maker+model+wattage.

What other pars in the pc? Can show by doing this,

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "Summary for Clipboard",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons

You don't need a 750watt psu for that, a good quality 550watt should run that fine, but i understand if you would go for 650watt.

Pretty new pc so why change the psu already?

Would be nice to have a picture of the sticker on the side of your current psu.
