I seem to recall running a benchmarking tools that would test the entire Windows PC and identify the relative performance of each of the major subsystems (CPU, Memory, Storage, etc.) with the idea of identifying any weakness in the build. Does such a tool still exist? Are the results reliable?

Thanks,

OK, I think that's the one I've used. The interface has changed but the testing seemed similar. Just FYI, my results:

UserBenchmarks: Game 88%, Desk 85%, Work 72%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X - 78.9%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060S (Super) - 93.4%
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 1TB - 108.2%
HDD: Seagate FireCuda SSHD 2TB (2016) - 106.5%
USB: Seagate GoFlex Desk 3TB - 69.7%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 C15 2x8GB - 77%
MBD: Asus ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING

I am surprised to see both CPU and RAM down in the 70's and the Hybrid drive up at 106% ! USB drive is only long-term storage so I don't mind it's low score at all. Some pretty impressive pricing on the Ryzen 7 2700 at Newegg ($150) but just don't know if the difference would ever show up in Gaming and Desktop usage. I may take a quick look for a RAM upgrade however.......
