So I've downloaded and installed Windows 10 on multiple hard drives, originally on an HDD then upgraded and moved it to an SSD and so on. So is there a way to get rid of duplicate files that are just sitting on my old hard drives to free up space and just get rid of them? If there's a walkthrough or YouTube video that solves this type of situation that would be super helpful, thank you :)

Solution
"Windows" is much more than what is in the windows folder.

The best way to do this is to discover any personal data you want to keep, move that data to some other physical drive, and wipe each of these completely.

Obviously, you test before you start deleting anything.

Disconnect all drives except the current Windows drive.
Does the system boot up properly?
If so, then feel free to kill off all contents of the old drives.
